403b Secure Intake
You can have
any amount
withheld from your paycheck for the 403(b)—it’s completely up to you. Normally this is done by withdrawing a percentage of your income, and the employer will match a certain percentage to increase the value to you.
Here’s how our matching works:
We match
half (50%)
of what you contribute,
up to 4%
of your pay.
To get the
full company match
, contribute 4
%
of your pay.
Quick examples:
You contribute 3
%
→ We match 1.5
%
(total going in = 4.5%)
You contribute 4
%
→ We match 2
%
(total going in = 6%)
You contribute 12
%
→ We match 2
%
(total going in = 14%)
