We are kicking off our Movie Series today... we'll be talking about the Guardians of the Galaxy... during the service remember we're not the band - the whole room is the band, so sing loud!
 
Our special music is Ain't No Mountain High Enough from the movie Guardians of the Galaxy...
 
Super Bowl Party - doors at 5:30, game at 6:30 - it's going to be the Sea Chickens versus the Minutemen, or something like that.  Here at the State Theatre - so come enjoy the 20 foot screen!
 
This Thursday, we'll be showing the Lego Movie at the Barn, so bring some food / snacks and a kid (or someone who is kidlike on the inside) and it will be fun.  Show starts at 7pm!
 
Next Sunday, we'll have a guest speaker, friend of the Surge, Chad Simpkins - don't miss it, he'll be talking about the Lego Movie and it will be great...
 
This Tuesday is Firehouse!  So if you know any 20-30 somethings who are looking for friends or community, this is the spot.

Thursday nights, content from the Catalyst conference and dreaming about the future, 7pm... we'll have coffee but feel free to bring dinner with you!  These are being held at the Barn, 1988 Kirby Rd, McLean.

 Feb 1st is the Super Bowl and we'll be having an informal Super Bowl party right here - the State Theatre sponsors a free event and shows the game on the big screen.  So bring a friend, order some food and enjoy the game here with us at the Theatre!

We're kicking off our Mulligan series.  This is a reference to a golf shot that is a do over.  God wants us to learn from life and do better the next time!
 
Firehouse, the monthly meeting of 20s and 30somethings is this Tuesday! Dinner at 6:30, music and msg after that.
 
Surge into the Future, meeting Thursdays at 7pm, is starting on Jan 8th - we'll watch some video from the Catalyst conference and talk about the future!  At the Barn, bring dinner with you, you'll have time to eat during the presentation!
