SUrge Announcements April 6th, 2014

Our new series is Gravitas! We'll be looking at the life of Israel as they move from Judges to Kings and it's going to be a bumpy ride...

We had a GREAT time at Firehouse last Tuesday night... a few dozen 20 and 30 somethings meet for dinner on the 1st Tuesday of each month, then spend time in worship and thinking deep thoughts about Jesus, it's a great event and you should check it out.
 
ALSO, our small groups are making some noise... Sam and Nickie in E's group in Centreville are helping a local school bless children in need with some food.  If you want to pitch in, that would be great.
 
But every week we meet in homes in the community to eat, to pray, to deepen friendships, to meditate on God's word and to serve.  Lots of great stories are coming out of our small groups.
 
In our service today,  you'll see two direct mail cards we're sending out in the community and we're already getting word that card one is hitting homes.  We want to be a blessing to our community and our heart is to connection folks with the love of God... this is just one way we're trying to connect.
 
Easter is coming up!  April 20th, bring a friend, it's going to be great fun!
