The Surge Announcements, Sept 27th, 2015

Good weekend everyone! We are continuing our SOTM (Sermon on the Mount) message series, this week talking about Salt and Light.

Special music will be Mumford and Sons, Believe - for your listening enjoyment.

Small groups are the lifeblood of the Surge, prayer, study, relationships and food happen every week across northern VA with folks, so if you haven't plugged in, do so this week - you won't regret it.

Next Sunday, October 4th, Karen (harpist for the Marine Band) is coordinating a concert at 2pm at the Marine Barracks at 8th and I in DC. The concert is free and it's going to be some great music.  She'll be playing on several pieces - and you ALL are invited!

There are a ton of opportunities to serve, both on Sunday morning and in our community throughout the week, so if you feel like God is calling you - let us know - there is a lot of good work to do!
